Breakaway and Self Defence Training
Effective, simple to learn Breakaway and Self Defence skills to safely break free or defend yourself from a variety of grabs or holds should the situation become physical e.g. bites, wrist grab, arms held, hair pull, clothes grab,
throat grab, headlock, bear hugs, and strangles. Training can be tailored to Client requirements.
The courses are suitable for a wide range of participants who do not have to be physically fit and training is controlled with each technique demonstrated and then practiced by participants until fully confident.
Training also includes understanding the law in relation to use of reasonable force, which is vital.
